Please be advised that we have taken the following actions in order to comply with Illinois Bulletin 2015-13 (Revised 1/06/16) for the affected counties of Alexander, Calhoun, Christian, Clinton, Douglas, Jackson, Jersey, Madison, Monroe, Morgan, Randolph, St. Clair, Cass, Cumberland, Iroquois, Lawrence, Marion, Menard, Moultrie, Pike, Richland, Sangamon, and Vermilion:
• Cancellations and non-renewals issued on or after December 29, 2015, have been withdrawn and reinstated with no lapse in coverage.
• Cancellation and non-renewal notices for the affected counties will not be issued until February 29, 2016.
• We have extended all time limit policy provisions or requirements to a minimum of 60 days from the last date allowed or required by the contract, or allowed or required by the insurer, or longer if deemed reasonable given the individual consumer’s circumstance.
